Rates
Simple, fair, and easy to plan for.
Pam’s mediation services are offered at straightforward hourly rates, designed to provide clarity and fairness to all.
Fee Schedule
Mediation Rates –
Two parties: $225 per party, per hour
Three parties: $175 per party, per hour
Four or more parties: $150 per party, per hour
Reasonable expenses (such as parking, mileage outside Jacksonville, etc.) may also apply.
“Party” refers to all participants represented by the same counsel.
Minimum Fees
Half-day mediation: Two-hour minimum
Full-day mediation: Four-hour minimum
Administrative scheduling & preparation: One-hour minimum

Pamela H. Klavon
Pam Klavon is a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Civil Mediator, dedicated to helping parties resolve business, employment, injury, and civil disputes. With more than 25 years experience as a trial attorney, Pam brings balance, insight, and a practical approach to every mediation.

Biography
With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants — including thirteen years as in-house trial counsel for a Fortune 100 insurer — Pam understands the nuances and pressures facing each side. She focuses her mediation practice on business disputes, labor and employment issues, workers compensation, personal injury, and professional liability matters.
Pam is a member of both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, reflecting her deep roots in trial advocacy and her dedication to alternative pathways for resolving conflict.
Known for being approachable, well-prepared, and thoughtful in her approach, Pam fosters collaboration and builds rapport, helping parties move past obstacles to reach meaningful resolutions. Based in Jacksonville and mediating throughout Florida, she offers sessions both virtually and in person.
Away from mediation, Pam enjoys college football and proudly considers herself a semi-professional tailgater.
